Self-Care Social Circle 2

Welcome to the second Self Care Social Circle for the Adoption Support Group Finland. The Adoption Support Group Finland is the English-speaking community of adoptive parents and adoption applicants in Finland.

We held the first Self Care Social Circle in April this year, and it was so lovely to connect with other adoptive parents and those waiting to adopt. Join us on Google Hangouts to connect with each other once again as we chat about self-care, how it affects family life and how we can overcome barriers to practice it in daily life.
We are aware many of you are stuck on videocalls during the workday, so we are aiming at making this virtual meeting energizing and fun.
