Build Your Self-Care Tools

In this workshop you will build your personal set of concrete tools to help regulate your stress. Happy parents, happy kids: being aware of your stressors and your needs creates a positive environment where you have the space to grow as a parent. Whether you are nesting and waiting for a child to join your family or juggling the challenges of parenting already, this workshop will help you re-center yourself and build your own strategies to foster wellbeing.

❤ map your support network
❤ build your emergency self-care box
❤ recognise and address your stress signals

Content was co-developed with the psychologists working at 2KindMinds, Margaretha and Heide. They will join the event and teach us relaxation exercises.

The workshop will be in English language and facilitated by Paola Elefante. The event is free-of-charge. Applicants (odottajat) will receive a certificate of attendance to attach to their adoption application. It is possible to join the event with a pseudonym and preserve your identity (instructions will be sent separately). There are limited spots that will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Each participant should sign up separately.
